Payment Methods: We accept 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipping.
Deposit Policy: For items with a lead time, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before dispatch.
Domestic Agents: Customers with agents in China may contact us for RMB transfer options.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch Time: We offer same-day dispatch for in-stock items. If an item is not in stock, the typical lead time for dispatch is 3–7 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number and carrier link via email or SMS.
