In order to achieve the long-term goal of scientifically reducing carbon emissions, ABB promised to adopt all-electric vehicles in the company's fleet by 2030, use 100% renewable energy power, and set energy efficiency goals, including the systematic use of energy management systems.

As part of the 2030 sustainable development strategy and the goal of enabling a low-carbon society, ABB promises to work with customers and suppliers to reduce emissions and achieve carbon neutrality in its own operations by 2030. On June 5th, World Environment Day, based on its action plan and its own key areas of emission reduction, ABB announced that it has officially joined three initiatives initiated by the international non-profit organization-Climate Organization:

ABB promises that by 2030, more than 10,000 company cars will be electrified. For example, ABB Sweden has begun to replace about 700 of its company vehicles with pure electric vehicles; ABB UK announced last year that it will replace more than 500 of its company vehicles with fully electric fleets by 2025.
