The advantage of integrating the DCS system with the SIS (ESD) system is that it greatly realizes the sharing of data and equipment between the two originally independent systems. The two systems share the engineer station and the SOE station to achieve unified configuration and unified event time analysis; the AI/DI card of the SIS system can be used as the AI/DI card of the DCS system to achieve data sharing; failure of the production device Time accident analysis provides a unified time sequence, which can determine the first accident alarm information in a more timely manner. DeltaV SIS is integrated with DeltaV but completely independent. Traditional systems need to communicate and manually configure each data that needs to be displayed on the man-machine interface, which takes up a lot of engineering time. DeltaV provides a simple and easy-to-use configuration tool for both control and security, avoiding the need for independent configuration of both parties and then the complicated steps of data communication. Through the easy-to-use configuration tool, the engineer browses and quotes the tag and parameter he needs, just like the action done in DeltaV, there is no need for time-consuming and laborious tag mapping between SIS and DCS. , There is no need for any OPC or other serial communication settings. In addition, all SIS data is available to DCS and can be directly referenced, which fully satisfies the function of simultaneously displaying DCS including SIS data on a process screen.

As the unit control must be controlled by ITCC, the GPS clock source is used to synchronize the clocks of all control systems to facilitate future accident analysis and ensure timely discovery of the first accident information.
