Product Descrition

The Allen-Bradley and ProSoft Technology MVI56-MCM module is a Modbus communication module that has been manufactured for the ControlLogix platform. This communication module needs at least 128 MB of RAM for operation, but 256 MB of RAM is recommended. It should also have at least 100 MB of hard disk space that is free for application data storage. The MVI56-MCM Modbus communication module is compatible with the Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, and the Windows Server 2003 operating systems from Microsoft. It can be programmed with the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation RSLogix 5000 programming software in version 2.51 or higher and it can communicate with other devices through the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation RSLinx communication software.
